It really could not have been worse: With the seizure of power in Afghanistan, the Taliban have come into possession of a huge arsenal of state-of-the-art NATO weapons. From now on, they will be able to target these weapons at dissidents as well as people with different faiths or beliefs and use them to secure their rule. <\/strong>\n

\nUncomplicated and free of charge – from NATO’s point of view, this completely unwanted arms deal could not have gone any easier. With the almost smooth takeover of power, the „Islamic Taliban Movement of Afghanistan“, or Taliban for short, got their hands on a huge amount of war material from the US Army and its allies in just a few days in August. This included large and small arms (such as aircraft and rifles), armaments (such as military off-road vehicles) and ammunition in huge quantities. Since the Afghan government forces abandoned most of their positions without a fight, the Taliban now have a frightening arsenal of fully operational high-tech weapons at their disposal.\n

\nJake Sullivan, National Security Advisor to U.S. President Joe Biden, had to admit bluntly: Certainly, „a fair amount“ of U.S. armaments „has fallen into the hands of the Taliban.“(1) The U.S. television station CNN even announced: „Taliban celebrate their new American arsenal“. The list of war materiel supplied by the U.S. to the Afghan military over the past 20 years is long. CNN mention advanced mine-resistant vehicles (MRAPs), Humvee military off-road vehicles, Black Hawk helicopters, 20 Tucano fighter jets, and more. Between 2013 and 2016 alone, the U.S. Army handed over to allied Afghan forces, among other things, some 80,000 vehicles as well as more than 600,000 light weapons such as M16 and M4 rifles.(2) Complementing this, the Wall Street Journal report that M24 sniper rifles are now in Taliban hands.(3)\n

\nThe armament experts Karl-W. Koch, Andreas M\u00fcller and Wolfgang Wettach list in an analysis for the „Independent Green Left“ that the Taliban „can take over an army equipped with the most modern Western weapons“, furthermore they have older looted weapons from the days of Soviet occupation.“ These include „more than 600 M1117 infantry fighting vehicles and some 8500 Humvees (military off-road vehicles), more than 150 MaxxPro high-tech protected vehicles, 100000 upgraded off-road vehicles of the Afghan police of the Toyota Hilux and Ford Ranger type, 1000 infantry fighting vehicles, tanks and armored vehicles from Soviet stocks, 68 MD 500 Defender light attack helicopters. 19 Brazilian A-29 ground combat aircraft and up to 16 legendary ‚Blackhawk‘ transport helicopters, four C-130 Hercules heavy transport aircraft, more than 100 Russian and Soviet transport and attack helicopters (Mi-17 and Mi-24), and the Afghan drone fleet, including several high-tech ScanEagle specimens from U.S. manufacturer Boeing. „(4)\n

\nFrom now on, the Taliban will also be able to use German war equipment, because „from the beginning of 2002 until today, arms exports for 418.8 million euros have been approved to the Central Asian country.“ The last export licenses were issued in 2021, reports Zeit-online.\n

\nThis means that the worst-case scenario has come to pass: Not only has NATO lost the „war on terror“ against the Taliban in Afghanistan – proclaimed after the terror attacks of 9\/11. The problem is also not just that the former supporters of NATO troops, the United Nations and Humanitarian aid organizations who remain in the country can be hunted down, tortured or even killed. What is more, in just a few days the Taliban will have become the best-equipped terrorist unit in the world and will be able to stabilize and expand their military power.\n

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tSchlimmer h\u00e4tte es wahrlich nicht kommen k\u00f6nnen: Mit der Macht\u00fcbernahme in Afghanistan gelangte die islamistische Terroreinheit der Taliban in den Besitz eines riesigen Arsenals hochmoderner Nato-Waffen. Diese k\u00f6nnen sie von nun an gezielt einsetzen zur Unterdr\u00fcckung Andersdenkender und Andersgl\u00e4ubiger im Land und zur Sicherung ihrer Herrschaft.<\/strong>\n

\n

Unkompliziert und kostenfrei \u2013 einfacher h\u00e4tte dieser aus Nato-Sicht ganz und gar ungewollte Waffendeal nicht ablaufen k\u00f6nnen. Mit der nahezu reibungslos verlaufenen Macht\u00fcbernahme fielen der \u201eIslamischen Talibanbewegung Afghanistans\u201c, kurz Taliban, in wenigen Tagen im August in gewaltigem Umfang Kriegsmaterial der US-Army und ihrer Verb\u00fcndeten in die H\u00e4nde. Dabei handelt es sich um Gro\u00df- und Kleinwaffen (wie Flugzeuge und Gewehre), um R\u00fcstungsg\u00fcter (wie milit\u00e4rische Gel\u00e4ndefahrzeuge) und um Munition in riesiger Menge. Da die afghanischen Regierungstruppen ihre Stellungen zumeist kampflos aufgegeben haben, verf\u00fcgen die Taliban ab jetzt \u00fcber ein erschreckendes Arsenal voll einsatzf\u00e4higer Hightechwaffen.\n

\nJake Sullivan, Nationaler Sicherheitsberater des US-Pr\u00e4sidenten Joe Biden, musste unumwunden eingestehen: Sicherlich sei \u201eeine ganze Menge\u201c von US-R\u00fcstungsg\u00fctern \u201ein die H\u00e4nde der Taliban gefallen\u201c.(1) Der US-Fernsehsender CNN<\/em> verk\u00fcndete gar: \u201eTaliban feiern ihr neues amerikanisches Arsenal\u201c. Lang ist die Liste des Kriegsmaterials, das in den vergangenen 20 Jahren seitens der USA an das afghanische Milit\u00e4r geliefert wurde. CNN <\/em>nennt moderne minenresistente Fahrzeuge (MRAPs), milit\u00e4rische Gel\u00e4ndewagen des Typs Humvee, Black-Hawk-Helikopter, 20 Tucano-Kampfflugzeuge u.v.a.m. Allein zwischen 2013 und 2016 \u00fcbergab die US-Army den verb\u00fcndeten afghanischen Streitkr\u00e4ften u.a. rund 80.000 Fahrzeuge sowie mehr als 600.000 leichte Waffen wie M16- und M4-Gewehre.(2) Erg\u00e4nzend nennt das Wall Street Journal<\/em> M24-Scharfsch\u00fctzengewehre, die sich nun in Taliban-H\u00e4nden bef\u00e4nden.(3)\n

\nDie R\u00fcstungsexperten Karl-W. Koch, Andreas M\u00fcller und Wolfgang Wettach listen in einer Analyse f\u00fcr die \u201eUnabh\u00e4ngigen Gr\u00fcnen Linken\u201c auf, dass die Taliban \u201eschlagartig ein mit modernsten westlichen Waffen ausgestattetes Heer \u00fcbernehmen k\u00f6nnen\u201c, weiterhin verf\u00fcgen sie \u00fcber \u00e4ltere Beutewaffen aus sowjetischen Besatzungszeiten. \u201eDazu z\u00e4hlen \u201emehr als 600 Sch\u00fctzenpanzer vom Typ M1117 und rund 8500 Humvees (Milit\u00e4r-Gel\u00e4ndewagen), \u00fcber 150 gesch\u00fctzte Hightech-Fahrzeuge vom Typ MaxxPro, 100000 aufgewertete Gel\u00e4ndewagen der afghanischen Polizei vom Typ Toyota Hilux und Ford Ranger, 1000 Sch\u00fctzenpanzer, Panzer und gepanzerte Fahrzeuge aus sowjetischen Best\u00e4nden, 68 leichte Kampfhubschrauber vom Typ MD 500 Defender, 19 brasilianische Bodenkampfflugzeuge vom Typ A-29 und bis zu 16 legend\u00e4re \u2018Blackhawk\u2019 Transporthubschrauber, vier schwere Transportflugzeuge der Baureihe C-130 Hercules, mehr als 100 russische und sowjetische Transport- und Angriffshubschrauber (Mi-17 und Mi-24) sowie die afghanische Drohnen-Flotte, darunter mehrere Hightech-Exemplare vom Typ ScanEagle des US-Herstellers Boeing.\u201c(4)\n

\nFortan k\u00f6nnen die Taliban auch deutsches Kriegsger\u00e4t nutzen, denn \u201eseit Anfang 2002 bis heute wurden R\u00fcstungsexporte f\u00fcr 418,8 Millionen Euro in das zentralasiatische Land genehmigt\u201c. Letzte Ausfuhrerlaubnisse wurden noch 2021 erteilt, berichtet Zeit-online<\/em>.\n\nDamit ist der Worst Case eingetreten: Nicht nur, dass die Nato den \u2013 nach den Terroranschl\u00e4gen von 2001 ausgerufenen \u2013 \u201eAnti-Terrorkampf\u201c gegen die Taliban in Afghanistan auf ganzer Linie verloren hat. Nicht nur, dass die im Land verbliebenen vormaligen Unterst\u00fctzer*innen der Nato-Truppen, der Vereinten Nationen und humanit\u00e4rer Hilfsorganisationen landesweit gejagt, gefoltert oder gar get\u00f6tet werden k\u00f6nnen. Mehr noch: Die Taliban sind in wenigen Tagen zur bestger\u00fcsteten Terroreinheit der Welt avanciert und k\u00f6nnen fortan ihre milit\u00e4rische Macht stabilisieren und ausweiten.\n

Algo peor no pudiera haber sucedido: al caer Afganist\u00e1n en poder de las facciones terroristas islamistas de los talibanes, estos se apoderaron seguidamente de un gigantesco arsenal que incluye armas ultramodernas de la OTAN. En el futuro podr\u00e1n utilizarlas para reprimir a disidentes y combatir a creyentes de otras religiones y, claro est\u00e1, para asegurar su dominio.<\/strong>\n

\nCasi en un abrir y cerrar de ojos y sin coste alguno: vi\u00e9ndolo desde la posici\u00f3n de la OTAN, este acuerdo armamentista, por completo indeseado, no habr\u00eda podido llevarse a cabo con m\u00e1s facilidad. Unos cuantos d\u00edas de agosto bastaron para que el „Movimiento Isl\u00e1mico Talib\u00e1n de Afganist\u00e1n“, a cuyos miembros se llama\u00a0 secamente\u00a0 talibanes, tomaran el poder tan fluidamente y acapararan una ingente cantidad de material de guerra del ej\u00e9rcito estadounidense y sus aliados. Se trata tanto de armas grandes como peque\u00f1as (desde aviones hasta fusiles), armamento (veh\u00edculos militares blindados y munici\u00f3n en cantidades incre\u00edbles. Dado que las fuerzas militares del gobierno afgano en su mayor\u00eda se retrajeron sin hacer frente, los talibanes disponen ahora de un aterrador arsenal de armas de alta tecnolog\u00eda en perfectas condiciones de funcionamiento\n

\nJake Sullivan, Asesor de Seguridad Nacional del presidente de los Estados Unidos, Joe Biden, tuvo que admitir abiertamente: es muy probable que, „gran parte“ del armamento estadounidense haya „ca\u00eddo en manos de los talibanes“(1). La cadena de televisi\u00f3n estadounidense CNN<\/em> anunci\u00f3 incluso: „Los talibanes disfrutan su nuevo arsenal estadounidense“. La lista de material de guerra suministrado por Estados Unidos al ej\u00e9rcito afgano en los \u00faltimos 20 a\u00f1os es largu\u00edsima. La CNN<\/em> menciona los modernos veh\u00edculos blindados anti-minas (MRAP), los veh\u00edculos militares Humvee aptos para cualquier terreno, los helic\u00f3pteros Black Hawk, los 20 aviones de combate Tucano y muchos m\u00e1s. Ya s\u00f3lo entre 2013 y 2016, el Ej\u00e9rcito estadounidense entreg\u00f3 unos 80.000 veh\u00edculos y m\u00e1s de 600.000 armas ligeras, como fusiles M16 y M4, a las fuerzas aliadas afganas.(2) El Wall Street Journal<\/em> a\u00f1ade que los fusiles de francotirador M24 cayeron en manos de los talibanes.(3)\n

\nEn un an\u00e1lisis dirigido a la „Izquierda Verde Independiente“, los expertos en armamento Karl-W. Koch, Andreas M\u00fcller y Wolfgang Wettach exponen que los talibanes „de manera casi repentina tienen a disposici\u00f3n un ej\u00e9rcito equipado con las mejores armas occidentales „, aparte de las armas obtenidas como bot\u00edn en saqueos durante los a\u00f1os de la ocupaci\u00f3n sovi\u00e9tica. \u00a0Cu\u00e9ntense entre ellas „m\u00e1s de 600 veh\u00edculos de combate de infanter\u00eda M1117 y unos 8.500 Humvees (veh\u00edculos militares todoterreno), m\u00e1s de 150 veh\u00edculos protegidos de alta tecnolog\u00eda MaxxPro, 100.000 veh\u00edculos todoterreno perfeccionados de la polic\u00eda afgana de tipo Toyota Hilux y Ford Ranger, 1.000 veh\u00edculos de combate de infanter\u00eda, Pan-tanks y veh\u00edculos blindados procedentes de las existencias sovi\u00e9ticas, 68 MD 500 helic\u00f3pteros de combate ligeros, 19 aviones de combate terrestre A-29 brasile\u00f1os y hasta 16 legendarios helic\u00f3pteros de transporte „Black Hawk“, cuatro aviones de transporte pesado C-130 H\u00e9rcules, m\u00e1s de 100 helic\u00f3pteros de transporte y de ataque rusos y sovi\u00e9ticos (Mi-17 y Mi-24), as\u00ed como la escuadra afgana de drones, incluyendo varios ejemplares de alta tecnolog\u00eda ScanEagle del fabricante estadounidense Boeing. „(4)\n

\nA partir de ahora, los talibanes tambi\u00e9n podr\u00e1n utilizar material de guerra alem\u00e1n, ya que „desde principios de 2002 hasta el presente se autorizaron exportaciones de armas por un valor de 418,8 millones de euros al pa\u00eds de Asia Central“. Las \u00faltimas licencias de exportaci\u00f3n se autorizaron en 2021, informa Zeit-online.\n

\nTodo esto significa: Ha ocurrido el peor de los casos: La OTAN ya no s\u00f3lo perdi\u00f3 la „guerra antiterrorista“ contra los talibanes en Afganist\u00e1n, declarada de forma generalizada tras los atentados terroristas de 2001, sino \u00a0que adem\u00e1s: Todo el personal de asistencia a las tropas de la OTAN, de las Naciones Unidas y de las organizaciones de ayuda humanitaria se encuentran a\u00fan en el pa\u00eds y se teme que sean perseguidos, torturados o incluso asesinados en cualquier parte en que se encuentren. Difficile de faire pire\u00a0: avec la prise de pouvoir en Afghanistan, l\u2019unit\u00e9 terroriste des Talibans est entr\u00e9e en possession d\u2019un \u00e9norme arsenal d\u2019armes ultra-modernes de l\u2019OTAN. D\u00e9sormais, ils pourront utiliser ces armes pour r\u00e9primer les dissidents et les personnes d\u2019autres confessions dans le pays et pour assurer leur domination.<\/strong><\/p>

Pratique et gratuite, cette passation d\u2019armes tout \u00e0 fait involontaire \u2014 du point de vue de l\u2019OTAN, n\u2019aurait pas pu se d\u00e9rouler plus ais\u00e9ment. Avec la prise de pouvoir qui a eu lieu presque sans heurts, le \u00ab\u00a0mouvement islamique des Talibans d\u2019Afghanistan\u00a0\u00bb, ou Talibans, a r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9 au mois d\u2019ao\u00fbt, en quelques jours, une quantit\u00e9 incroyable de mat\u00e9riel de guerre de l\u2019arm\u00e9e am\u00e9ricaine et de ses alli\u00e9s. Il s\u2019agit ici d\u2019armes de petit et gros calibre (comme des avions et des fusils), d\u2019\u00e9quipements militaires (comme des v\u00e9hicules tout terrain) et de munitions en quantit\u00e9 industrielle. Comme les troupes du gouvernement afghan ont en majeure partie abandonn\u00e9 leurs positions sans combattre, les Talibans disposent dor\u00e9navant d\u2019un redoutable arsenal d\u2019armes de haute technologie et totalement op\u00e9rationnelles.<\/p>

Jake Sullivan, conseiller \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 nationale du pr\u00e9sident am\u00e9ricain Joe Biden, a d\u00fb se r\u00e9soudre \u00e0 l\u2019admettre sans d\u00e9tour\u00a0: il est certain \u00ab\u00a0qu\u2019une grande quantit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb d\u2019armement am\u00e9ricain \u00ab\u00a0est tomb\u00e9e aux mains des Talibans\u00a0\u00bb (1<\/em>). La\u00a0 cha\u00eene de t\u00e9l\u00e9vision am\u00e9ricaine CNN a m\u00eame annonc\u00e9\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Les Talibans f\u00eatent leur nouvel arsenal am\u00e9ricain\u00a0\u00bb. Longue est la liste du mat\u00e9riel fourni par les Am\u00e9ricains \u00e0 l\u2019arm\u00e9e afghane au cours des 20 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Le 21.08.2021, CNN mentionne des v\u00e9hicules modernes r\u00e9sistant aux mines (MRAP), des v\u00e9hicules militaires tout terrain de type Humvee, des h\u00e9licopt\u00e8res Black Hawk, 20 avions de combat Tucano et bien d\u2019autres encore. Rien qu\u2019entre 2013 et 2016, l\u2019arm\u00e9e am\u00e9ricaine a remis aux forces alli\u00e9es afghanes, entre autres, environ 80\u00a0000 v\u00e9hicules et 60\u00a0000 armes l\u00e9g\u00e8res telles que des fusils M16 et M4 (2). Quant au Wall Street Journal du 20.08.2021, il fait \u00e9tat de fusils sniper M24 qui se trouvent dor\u00e9navant aux mains des Talibans (3).<\/p>

Les experts allemands en armement Karl-W. Koch, Andreas M\u00fcller et Wolfgang Wettach indiquent dans une analyse pour les Unabh\u00e4ngigen Gr\u00fcnen Linken<\/em> (Gauche verte ind\u00e9pendante) que les Talibans \u00ab\u00a0ont pu r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer en un \u00e9clair une arm\u00e9e \u00e9quip\u00e9e d\u2019armes occidentales les plus modernes\u00a0\u00bb, et disposent en outre d\u2019armes plus anciennes datant encore de l\u2019occupation sovi\u00e9tique. \u00ab\u00a0Plus de 600 de v\u00e9hicules blind\u00e9s d’infanterie M1117 et environ 8\u00a0500 Humvees (v\u00e9hicules militaires tout terrain), plus de 150 v\u00e9hicules prot\u00e9g\u00e9s de pointe de type MaxxPro, 100\u00a0000 v\u00e9hicules tout terrain modernis\u00e9s de la police afghane de type Toyota Hilux et Ford Ranger, 1\u00a0000 blind\u00e9s de combat d’infanterie, des chars et des v\u00e9hicules blind\u00e9s provenant des stocks sovi\u00e9tiques, 68 h\u00e9licopt\u00e8res d’attaque l\u00e9gers de type MD 500 Defender, 19 avions de combat au sol br\u00e9siliens A-29 et jusqu’\u00e0 16 l\u00e9gendaires h\u00e9licopt\u00e8res de transport Black Hawk, quatre avions de transport lourd de la s\u00e9rie C-130 Hercules, plus de 100 h\u00e9licopt\u00e8res de transport et d’attaque russes et sovi\u00e9tiques (Mi-17 et Mi-24) ainsi que la flotte de drones afghane, dont plusieurs appareils ScanEagle hautement sophistiqu\u00e9s du constructeur am\u00e9ricain Boeing (4).\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>

D\u00e9sormais, les Talibans pourront \u00e9galement utiliser du mat\u00e9riel militaire allemand, car \u00ab\u00a0du d\u00e9but de 2002 \u00e0 aujourd\u2019hui, des exportations d\u2019armes pour un montant de 418,8 millions d\u2019euros ont \u00e9t\u00e9 autoris\u00e9es \u00e0 destination du pays d\u2019Asie centrale. Les derni\u00e8res licences d\u2019exportation ont encore \u00e9t\u00e9 accord\u00e9es en 2021, rapporte Zeit Online<\/em> du 22.08.2021.<\/p>

Cela signifie que le pire sc\u00e9nario s\u2019est produit\u00a0: non seulement l\u2019OTAN a perdu \u2014 sur toute la ligne \u2014 la \u00ab\u00a0guerre contre le terrorisme\u00a0\u00bb contre les Talibans en Afghanistan, proclam\u00e9e apr\u00e8s les attaques terroristes de 2001\u00a0; non seulement les anciens collaborateurs de l\u2019OTAN, des Nations unies et des organisations d\u2019aide humanitaire rest\u00e9s dans le pays peuvent \u00eatre pourchass\u00e9s, tortur\u00e9s ou m\u00eame tu\u00e9s. Qui plus est\u00a0: les Talibans sont devenus, en l\u2019espace de quelques jours, l\u2019unit\u00e9 terroriste la mieux \u00e9quip\u00e9e au monde et peuvent dor\u00e9navant stabiliser et \u00e9tendre leur puissance militaire.<\/p>
