The Israeli arms industry is only a small part of the global arms production, but it occupies a niche of great importance. It has gained a leading position in its areas of technological specialization. Israel\u2019s armsexport policy is founded on an unscrupulous principle: \u201aThe enemy of my enemy is my friend.\u2018 For example, the Israeli government allows arms exports to almost all countries that are regarded as opponents of Israel\u2019s opponents.<\/span><\/p>
