Dear ladies and gentlemen, dear friends of peace,
together with our partners we are working towards a more just, and peaceful world.
But we need your help.
Successfully sueing arms manufacturers, organizing non-violent campaigns, conducting vital research, building international initiatives like the Global Net – it all costs money . And as former UN secretary general Antonio Guterres famously said,
The world is over-armed and peace is underfunded.
We do not have the resources, the lobbying networks, and indecency of the military industrial complex. What we have is you, and me, and a shared vision. We in the peace movement are masters of doing a lot with very little.
Please take a moment to help us to continue to stand in the way of those looking to threaten our democracies, fuel wars with weapons, and undermine our common future.
